    When you submit a booking or tour request, we collect: full name, email address, phone number, WhatsApp number (optional), pick-up and drop-off locations, travel date and time, flight number (optional), number of passengers, luggage details, child seat requirements, and any additional notes you provide.

    3. Purpose and Legal Basis

    We process your data solely to handle your transfer or tour booking request and to contact you regarding it. The legal basis is your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you provide by checking the consent box in our booking form.

    4. Data Recipients

    Your booking data is transmitted to Make.com (Celonis SE), an automation platform we use to process and forward your request to us. Make.com acts as a data processor on our behalf. Their servers are located within the EU (hook.eu1.make.com). We do not sell or share your data with any other third parties.

    5. Data Retention

    We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil your booking request and for a reasonable period thereafter for any follow-up or legal obligations. Booking data is typically deleted within 12 months of the travel date.

    6. Your Rights

    Under GDPR you have the right to: access your personal data, rectify inaccurate data, request erasure ('right to be forgotten'), restrict processing, data portability, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.     You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA) at www.dpa.gr if you believe your data is being processed unlawfully.
